A New Approach That Empowers Creation.

At MX3D artlab, we combine cutting-edge metal 3D printing with artistic freedom. We help you create large-scale, one-of-a-kind sculptures and installations, faster, freer, and with fewer limits than traditional methods.

Materials That Speak Your Language.

We work with a variety of strong, durable metals that also offer beauty and character. Choose from stainless steel, bronze, or aluminum, each with its own texture, color, and feel.

steel
STEEL / STAINLESS STEEL

Steel is strong and suitable for structural applications. Stainless steel contains chromium, making it resistant to corrosion and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Bronze
BRONZE

An alloy consisting of primarily copper and tin, bronze is dense and durable. It has been widely used in sculptures due to its casting properties and surface stability.

ALUMINUM
ALUMINUM

Aluminum is lightweight, corrosion-resistant, and easy to machine. It is suitable for both large-scale and detailed forms, in indoor or outdoor settings.

CORTEN STEEL
CORTEN STEEL

Corten is a weathering steel that forms a stable rust appearance when exposed to the elements. It is commonly used in outdoor artworks and architectural structures.

Other materials supplied as a wire for arc welding are also compatible for WAAM.

Print in Form and Structure.

Each printing style brings a unique look and feel to your artwork.
Whether you’re going for bold volume, refined surface, or airy structure, the choice is yours.

standard-printing
STANDARD PRINTING

Thicker lines and fewer layers, creating a robust, sculptural look with visible print lines.

fine
FINE PRINTING

Tighter layering and more precise movement, resulting in a smoother surface finish and finer detail.

dot
DOT PRINTING

Builds up the form using thin, repeated dots instead of filling in volume, resulting in line-based design.

solid
SOLID PRINTING

Dense infill with minimal gaps, producing strong, weighty structures with a compact and unified appearance.

Finishing With Care.

3D-printed metal can be treated like any other metal after production. A common step is sandblast a part so that the residual dust layer from the production process is cleaned. Printed parts can also be polished and coated.

The Magic Behind It.

We use industrial robotic arms—giant, intelligent sculpting tools—guided by our custom software.
This allows us to create complex shapes, flowing curves, and large structures without molds or casting.

INDUSTRIAL ROBOTS

Multi-axis robotic arms ensure accuracy and expressive freedom in every detail.

CERTIFIED PRINTING

Our WAAM process meets industrial standards for quality, strength, and safety.

ADVANCED SYSTEM

Our MetalXL software seamlessly connects design to robotic fabrication.

From Concept to Realization: We Assist with Technical Steps.

Start with a sketch, model, or concept. We refine it into a printable design, bring it to life in metal, and finish it for delivery or installation, so you can focus on creativity, not complexity.

01

You bring the idea.

A sketch, a 3D model, or simply a concept.

02

We co-create the solution.

Our team transforms your vision into a printable design using custom tools and expertise.

03

We print in metal.

Layer by layer, your artwork is brought to life with precision and strength.

04

We finish and deliver.

Your piece could be cleaned, treated, and (if needed) painted or polished, then safely delivered to your door or installation site.

Expanding Artistic Horizons.

Metal 3D printing unlocks possibilities that traditional methods can’t reach. From monumental outdoor sculptures to refined gallery pieces, each project showcases the limitless potential of digital craftsmanship combined with material strength.
